Having recently photographed Jonathan’s simply elegant creations, I took the opportunity to see his presentation at this wedding rehearsal dinner. On Big Wolf Lake, with the sun setting and the temperature cooling off, the bride and her guests were inside the warm tent mixing and mingling. Just a few steps away, Chef Jonathan Gravatt was garnishing the evening’s tasty meal. Grilled Corn, Quinoa Salad & Baked Beans were cooked to perfection with platter after platter Fried Chicken delighting the guests. Adirondack Cheesy Pasta excited children and their parents. Finishing out the night’s spread, Jonathan kept with to his Summer Cookout theme with Fresh Watermelon and Crispy Sweet Treats. Well done Chef!
